Recently my husband and I hosted a young man looking for work. He is my son’s best friend, and we wanted to be able to help him when things were looking very bleak. For 2 1/2 months we adjusted to having a third person around, and while he was a perfect gentleman and very considerate, when he left for a potential job in another state, we felt almost giddy. Having the house back to ourselves has brought my husband and I closer, and sharpened our appreciation for the little things.
I won’t even go into naked days, but this morning what I noticed was the joy of quietness. My husband had left for work, the birds were singing outside, and the house felt still and peaceful. I was filled with gratitude to know those moments.
I’m having a great day, filled with busy stuff, but the peace within me is the best part of my day.

“The hours I spend with you I look upon as sort of a perfumed garden, a dim twilight, and a fountain singing to it. You and you alone make me feel that I am alive. Other men it is said have seen angels, but I have seen thee and thou art enough.” ~ George Edward Moore

I think what you wrote was very logical. However, think on this, what if you were to cteare a killer title? I ain’t saying your information isn’t good, however what if you added a title to possibly grab people’s attention? I mean Reunion | Adventures In Gideon is kinda boring. You ought to look at Yahoo’s front page and note how they cteare news headlines to get viewers to click. You might add a video or a picture or two to get readers interested about what you’ve got to say. In my opinion, it could bring your blog a little bit more interesting.
